Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Jungos mobile game and this website.

Plain-language summary: Jungos creates a private account identifier and lets you choose a public player name and country for online play. We also use limited analytics, crash reporting, and advertising services to operate and improve the game. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who we are

Jungos is a mobile strategy game of three tigers and fifteen goats. In this policy, “Jungos,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of the Jungos app. Questions can be sent to covespace0@gmail.com.

2. Information processed

Game and device information

We may process app version, device and operating-system information, language, country or general region, gameplay events, screen views, match mode, moves, outcomes, session information, diagnostic logs, crash traces, and performance information.

Advertising information

When ads are available, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, consent choices, and information used to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads as permitted by your settings and applicable law.

Information you provide

For online play, you may provide a public display name and two-letter country code. Jungos assigns a public player code and stores match statistics and your virtual Jungos balance. Do not use your email address, phone number, or other sensitive information as your display name. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, device details, and description of the issue.

Account and multiplayer information

Firebase Authentication creates a unique account identifier, initially without requiring an email address. We process online match assignments, participants, moves, results, presence and last-seen status, limited preset-chat choices, player statistics, reward claims, and virtual-currency balances to provide and protect multiplayer features.

Information stored on your device

Game settings, sound preferences, tutorial state, and local match progress may be stored on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may delete this local information.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and maintain game features.
  • Create player profiles, synchronize virtual currency, operate matchmaking, and display rankings.
  • Understand how the game is used and improve its design and balance.
  • Detect, diagnose, and repair crashes and technical problems.
  • Display, measure, secure, and manage advertising.
  • Remember consent choices and respond to support requests.
  • Protect the app, users, and services from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Services we use

Jungos uses Google services including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Cloud Functions for Firebase, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Advertising and your choices

Where required, Jungos asks for your advertising consent and provides a privacy-options control in the game. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can also control advertising permissions and reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings.

6. Sharing and sale of information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate analytics, crash reporting, advertising, hosting, support, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, subject to service-provider settings and legal requirements. Active multiplayer data may be retained to operate and secure matches; compact account, balance, ranking, and match-summary records may be kept while an account remains active. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children

Jungos is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can correct your public name and country inside the app. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your account information. We may need your Jungos player code and enough information to verify and respond to the request.

10. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Providers use safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Jungos changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes are published. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
